- Q: The item I want is out of stock in my size, when will you be restocking it?
- A: The majority of our inventory consists of closeouts, discontinued styles, and hard-to-find styles. Quantities are limited and the option of restocking is not readily available. We recommend that if you see something you like, place your orders as soon as possible!
- Q: Why do you charge for shipping when some companies ship for free?
- A: Here at Tradequik.com our mission is to provide the lowest price possible. For this reason we charge a minimal flat fee of $11-$12 for every
order regardless of the number of items being shipped. - Q: Can I combine orders or add to my order?
- A: Unfortunately we are unable to combine orders or add to an order once it has been placed.

- A: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. However, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return your order for a full refund, minus the shipping charges. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. For further details please read "How do I return my order?" below.

- A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. - A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. You are responsible for the cost and shipping of any returns to Tradequik.com. (Returns must be unworn and in the state you received them and mailed by you.) Request a return through our website.

- A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
- Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
- A: The following shipping options are available when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 1 PM Pacific on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day. Standard Shipping (delivery within 4-5 business days):

- A: We try to make things as easy as we can for you! All of our shipping options are based on a flat $11-$12 rate regardless of the order size. Orders shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO will be shipped via USPS.

- A: Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.

- A: Visit the home page where you can enter multiple search criteria and you will be shown a list of all items on our site that meet this criteria.
- Q: Do you do back orders?
- A: Tradequik.com does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.

- A: Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. Our entire product line is online, we do not have a physical catalog.

- A: Sales tax will be added to orders being sent to Kentucky or Nevada. Shipments to Kentucky are subject to 6% sales tax. Shipments to Nevada are subject to 6.5% sales tax. As of June 1, 2008 we will collect sales tax for purchases shipped to New York. Any order placed on or after
